Frequently Asked Questions

Do homeopathic medicines have side effects?

Highly diluted products may have a low risk, but not every product labelled homeopathic is identical. Some may contain active ingredients, alcohol or contaminants and may interact with medicines. Share every product with your doctor and never delay essential treatment.

The response varies by person and condition, and no responsible practitioner can guarantee a timeline. Persistent, severe or worsening symptoms need medical assessment without delay

Homeopathy uses an individualised consultation based on the person’s symptom pattern. It should be considered only as complementary care and not as a replacement for proven treatment, vaccination, emergency care or surgery.

Authentic products should not be assumed to contain steroids. Product quality can vary, so use medicines supplied through a reliable, qualified practice and ask about ingredients if you have concerns.

They may be essential for understanding a condition, monitoring progress and identifying risks. Please bring relevant reports and do not stop investigations or specialist treatment without medical advice.

The scientific evidence for homeopathy remains debated and is not strong enough to promise effectiveness for every condition. Personal experiences should not be used as a reason to postpone appropriate medical care.

Do not stop, reduce or change prescribed medicines on your own. Tell both doctors about every medicine and supplement you use. Seek urgent conventional medical care for emergencies.

Follow the label, dispensing instructions and expiry information. Store medicines in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong odours. Ask the clinic before using a damaged or unidentified product.

No treatment system can guarantee a cure for every condition. Emergency symptoms, serious infections, cancer, severe asthma, psychiatric emergencies and conditions requiring surgery need appropriate specialist care.
